Leexi never hard deletes a company. The request body is ignored. Deactivating a client company:

• cancels its subscription,
• deactivates every one of its users, who can no longer sign in,
• marks the company as inactive (active: false).

Setting active back to true afterwards only reopens the company record: its users stay deactivated and its subscription stays canceled. Fully reactivating a client is a manual operation by the Leexi team: contact your Leexi account manager.

A company with an active Stripe subscription cannot be deactivated and answers 422. Cancel the subscription first with Cancel a client subscription.

PATCH with active: false on Update a client company does exactly the same thing.

Requires the write_clients permission scope on the API key of a reseller account.

A company that is not one of your clients, including your own reseller company, answers 404.
